Our Story
In Hokkien, the word "kia kia" (pronounced as "kee-ah kee-ah") is often used to convey the action of going around or wandering leisurely, similar to the concept of "jalan-jalan" in Malay.

The term "kia kia" typically implies a casual or relaxed stroll, where one might wander aimlessly or explore without a specific destination in mind. It can also suggest the idea of enjoying one's surroundings, taking in the sights, sounds, and experiences of a particular place.
With "Go KiaKia," we aim to offer travelers a unique and authentic experience of Penang, one that goes beyond the beaten path and delves into the heart and soul of the island. Whether it's sampling mouthwatering street food at bustling markets, wandering through historic neighborhoods adorned with vibrant street art, or simply taking in the breathtaking views from scenic vantage points, every moment with us is a journey of discovery and delight.
